FIFA World Cup Broadcast Infrastructure
Toronto ON & Vancouver BC, Summer 2026
In summer 2026, our team supported the technology infrastructure behind broadcast operations for FIFA World Cup matches played in Toronto and Vancouver. Working in the Technical Interface Room, our technicians made sure critical broadcast equipment and fiber connections stayed organized, powered, and operational throughout a time-sensitive, high-profile event.
Our scope of work included:
- UPS Installation and Repositioning on the designated power rack, connected to assigned protected and domestic power sources
- Vidi Broadcast Rack Support, including equipment status checks on the rack and its connected UPS units
- Fiber Patching and Inspection, with jumpers checked for visible damage and every patch cable labelled at both ends
- Cable Management, with power and fiber routed securely, excess lengths managed, and all cables kept off the floor
- Rack and Equipment Case Positioning according to the required room layout
- Visual and Operational Checks of the Vidi rack, UPS units, power connections, and fiber jumpers
- Coordination with the Remote Network Operations Centre to verify system status and receive instructions
- On-Site Shift Support, with technicians stationed in or near the Technical Interface Room
- Photographic Quality-Control Documentation of the rack, UPS units, cable connections, and the complete room
Project Highlights:
- Protected sensitive broadcast equipment against power interruptions and fluctuations with correctly powered, verified UPS units
- Labelled every fiber patch cable at both ends for clear identification and faster troubleshooting
- Maintained a clean, orderly technical space that reduced the risk of cables being disturbed during broadcasts
- Provided immediate on-site assistance for the duration of each match (we worked on every match).
- Delivered a complete photographic record of the finished installation to support ongoing system management
Live broadcasts leave no room for error, so every activity required close attention to detail, from equipment positioning and protected power connectivity to fiber patching, testing, and documentation. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver dependable broadcast technology infrastructure in a demanding, high-profile event environment.

Windsor ON, September 2024
Design, planning and installation of low voltage cabling; data, voice, fiber optics; MDF-IDF designing; rack installations; CCTV cameras and sound system for a 6-storey hotel building in the heart of Windsor, ON.
This end-to-end solution ensures seamless connectivity, enhanced security, and a superior guest experience throughout the hotel. We’re thrilled to have contributed to the technological backbone of this modern hospitality space and to play a part in Windsor’s continued growth.
CAT6A 10-GIG NETWORK
& VOIP UPGRADE IN HISTORIC BUILDING
We were entrusted with the challenge of modernizing the network infrastructure of a building with over 100 years of history. The goal was to design and install a high-speed Cat6A 10-Gig cabling system and transition the client from an outdated analog phone setup to a fully integrated VoIP solution, without compromising the integrity of the building’s historic architecture.
Our team provided complete end-to-end services, including:
- Design and Planning of the new cabling layout with respect to the building’s heritage structure
- Installation of Cat6A 10-Gig Cabling System to support future-proof data speeds and performance
- Upgrade from Analog to VoIP phone systems, improving call quality and system scalability
- Coordination with building management to ensure minimal disruption and preservation of historical elements
Key Challenges:
- Working within the constraints of a heritage property with limited access points
- Avoiding damage to historical finishes and structural features
- Maintaining full operational continuity during installation
The upgraded infrastructure now supports high-speed data transmission, improved communication reliability, and better system management. The transition to VoIP not only modernized the client’s phone system but also reduced long-term operational costs.
GLOBAL LOGISTICS COMPANY
Burnaby BC, August 2022
In September 2023, our team completed a comprehensive low-voltage infrastructure project for a commercial facility located in Burnaby, British Columbia. This project involved the full design, planning, and installation of critical network and communication systems to support current and future operational needs.
We delivered a turnkey solution that included:
- Structured Low Voltage Cabling for data and voice networks
- Fiber Optic Backbone Installation
- MDF/IDF Room Design and Full Build-Outs
- Network Rack Assembly and Installation
