HYATT PLACE
Windsor ON, September 2024
Design, planning and installation of low voltage cabling; data, voice, fiber optics; MDF-IDF designing; rack installations; CCTV cameras and sound system for a 6-storey hotel building in the heart of Windsor, ON.
This end-to-end solution ensures seamless connectivity, enhanced security, and a superior guest experience throughout the hotel. We’re thrilled to have contributed to the technological backbone of this modern hospitality space and to play a part in Windsor’s continued growth.
CAT6A 10-GIG NETWORK
& VOIP UPGRADE IN HISTORIC BUILDING
We were entrusted with the challenge of modernizing the network infrastructure of a building with over 100 years of history. The goal was to design and install a high-speed Cat6A 10-Gig cabling system and transition the client from an outdated analog phone setup to a fully integrated VoIP solution, without compromising the integrity of the building’s historic architecture.
Our team provided complete end-to-end services, including:
- Design and Planning of the new cabling layout with respect to the building’s heritage structure
- Installation of Cat6A 10-Gig Cabling System to support future-proof data speeds and performance
- Upgrade from Analog to VoIP phone systems, improving call quality and system scalability
- Coordination with building management to ensure minimal disruption and preservation of historical elements
Key Challenges:
- Working within the constraints of a heritage property with limited access points
- Avoiding damage to historical finishes and structural features
- Maintaining full operational continuity during installation
The upgraded infrastructure now supports high-speed data transmission, improved communication reliability, and better system management. The transition to VoIP not only modernized the client’s phone system but also reduced long-term operational costs.

Burnaby BC, August 2022
In September 2023, our team completed a comprehensive low-voltage infrastructure project for a commercial facility located in Burnaby, British Columbia. This project involved the full design, planning, and installation of critical network and communication systems to support current and future operational needs.
We delivered a turnkey solution that included:
